For the cost analysis, I think that you should make sure to include the big 3! Molding costs, part costs, and assembly/handling costs. Don't worry about shipping or packaging (they are important but we have not covered them in any detail).

It is very useful to put all of this into some sort of table so that you can find the most expensive steps/components/parts.
