Please register "At Large", which means you don't fill in a club ID or club name just yet (we take care of that before playoffs and championships).. For division affiliation check off "Women". If you are an undergraduate check off "Collegiate" and if you are a grad student, faculty, staff, or local, check off "Club". Give this form to Ellie with a check made payable to USARugby or fill out the credit card information on the form. This all goes through the secretary to make sure your form is completed correctly and so we can keep a copy of the form until you are on the database.
