Next year's No Choice Memorial will be held in January 2008
The event will be on the Reitz Union North Lawn.

The No Choice Memorial is a pro-choice demonstration explaining the importance of the legalization of abortion on a national and global scale. The demonstration shows 220 hangers staked in the ground representing how many women presently die every day to illegal abortions around the globe because the country they live in does not offer legal abortions. We represent the women with a hanger because hangers are commonly used by the woman to induce an abortion on herself. This demonstration helps the public to understand how important the legalization of abortion is and how it benefits women's reproductive health and their lives.
