MUN Elections
Model UN elections are on the horizon so meeting attendance issues should be worked out to ensure you can vote. All members are required to attended half the meetings per semester to be eligible. If you had class conflicts with the meetings during the fall semester or if you have those conflicts this semester, please contact our secretary Elsie Michelle Mendez. You can obtain a copy of your schedule from ISIS as proof. Again if you had any meeting conflicts this or last semester, please contact Elsie Michelle to be eligible to vote in the MUN elections.

GatorMUN announces conference dates
GatorMUN V, UF Model UN's annual high school conference, is proud to announce its conference dates as February 22-24, 2008.
For the past five years, GatorMUN has been the largest event that UF Model UN hosts. Last year we hosted over 260 delegates from schools across the state of Florida. Last year, $1000 of the proceeds from GatorMUN went to benefit the UNA-USA HERO Project. We allow GatorMUN staff members to use the knowledge of international affairs and leadership skills they have gained here at the University of Florida to positively impact High School Students.
Working on staff is both an exceptional resume-builder, and a great way to get more involved in the UF Model United Nations family. We hope that every UF Model UN member participates in GatorMUN V in some way. We welcome everyone to apply, and please know that we have positions available for every level of Model United Nations experience. Invite your friends to apply as well!
A conference outline can be found here (PDF)
An application to staff GatorMUN V can be found here (PDF).
