'So Called' Armenian Genocide

Dear Friends,

On Friday, February the 8th, we will be hosting esteemed professor Dr. Justin
McCarthy from the University of Louisville to speak on the controversies
surrounding the issue of the so-called Armenian Genocide. While remaining
shrouded in mystery this issue has become front page news over the course of
this year, even affecting the workings of Washington itself.  With his studies
and research, Dr. McCarthy will tackle the issues surrounding the topic such as:

-       What is the claim actually about? Why is the claim so controversial?
-       Why has the claim never been accepted unanimously amongst historians?
-       Why has this become a political issue whose consequences have even cost
lives?

We will be drawing over 800 students, faculty, the press, and guests from
around the state of Florida to a night which will prove to be controversial,
unique and enlightening. We hope you will be joining us, the Turkish Student
Association, as well as VISA and ACCENT, in welcoming Dr. McCarthy as well as
his research and conclusions on the genocide claim. If you have any questions

UF Turk Ogrenci Dernegi olarak 8 Subat'ta sozde Ermeni Soykirimi uzerine yaptigi arastirmalariyla taninan Dr. Justin McCarthy'i konusmaci olarak okulumuza davet ettik. Dr. McCarthy, calismalari sonucunda elde ettigi bilgilerin isiginda Ermenilerin soykirim iddialarinin asilsiz ve dayanaksiz oldugunu konusmaya katilan yaklasik 800 kisiye anlatacaktir.  

Bildiginiz gibi, Sozde Ermeni Soykirimi meselesi hepimizin hayatini etkiliyor. Boyle donemlerde degerlerimize ve kulturumuze sahip cikmaliyiz.  Bu konusmanin manevi degerlerimize sahip cikmak ve sesimizi duyurmak acisindan unutulmaz bir gece olacagina inaniyoruz.
