Table Tennis Club News
Our Fall semester play times are Tuesday and Thursday from 8pm to 11pm.
Our current officers are:

- Vice-president -- Shawn Turek
- Secretary -- Tammy Caplin
We held our first fall UFTTC tournament Tuesday, October 6th.
Eight people entered. Saleh Al-Shamali placed first, Zongan Qui placed
second, and Ming Hu and Allen Papapetrou were the other finalists.
Only two players have USATT ratings: Tammy Caplin and Allen Papapetrou.
Ratings after the tournament are:
Saleh Ali-Shamali 1800

Ming Hu 1650
Tammy Caplin 1560
Allen Papapetrou 1494
Xi Li 1450
Shawn Turek 1300

Our next tournament will be Tuesday, October 20th.
Warmup starts at 8PM and the tournament starts at 8:30PM.
The tournament format is 4 round-robin groups with the top 2 players
in each group entering a single elimination finals round.
