TRI-GATOR WORKOUT SCHEDULE



The workouts listed below are the scheduled workouts for the Tri-gators. You are not required or expected to make a certain number of workouts, and there will be other workouts (bike rides mostly) that will be planned over the e-mail listserv.

A Gator1 ID is required for swimming workouts.

A sports club waiver is required to participate in practices. There is one sports club waiver for people over 18 years of age or one for minors under 18 years of age. The waiver requires you to take a swim test. You can take the swim test at any recreational swim hours at either the O'Connell Center Pool or the Florida Pool. The completed waivers may be turned in to an officer at any practice or meeting. The waivers are very important, please complete them as soon as possible.

Weekly Schedule - Spring 2008



Monday


Track Practice - 5:30 PM at the UF Track. This is a coached workout.


Tuesday


Swim Practice - 9:15 to 11:00 PM at the Florida Pool.


Wednesday


Law school run, 3 or 5 mile tempo run. Meet at the benches across from Wilbert's store on SW 2nd Ave. 6:00 pm


Thursday


No Planned Workout


Friday


Swim Practice - 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Florida Pool. This is a coached workout.


Saturday


San Felasco Long Run 8:00 AM
4-16 miles running easy
