Hey Everyone!!

I hope all is going well, and welcome all new members! Here's some notes
about the meeting if you happened to miss it:

First off, if you are planning on getting a uniform, the order forms are due
next Thursday (the 20th) at the meeting. Please have them in on time.  They should arrive late December-January.

Next, there will be a new bike workout starting this Thursday at
3pm.  This
workout will be every following Thursday from now on.   I will send out an
email early in the week, to say where we shall be meeting, and what we will
be doing on Thursday.  Hope to see you there!  There will also be long run
workout on Saturdays, starting  in two weeks.  It will be at
8am at San
Felasco.  Parking is $2 each time you go, or you can buy an annual pass for
$40.  Kevin will send more info out as the time gets closer.

ALSO!!  If you are doing the Super Sprint race, and need a ride, make sure
to send out an email to get one!  Gas will not be refunded this time.
After the race, it will be appreciated if you help out at the aid station by
passing out water to the Iron Man racers.  It'll be fun!!  :)

This Sunday at
11 am there is also a 'transition practice' workout, to
practice transitions from swimming to biking, and biking to running.  It'll
be helpful to go for the upcoming race!  I believe Christian has already
sent out an email about this.  Meet in Turlington at this time if you want
to practice!

Lastly, if you are a new member, be sure to turn in your sports club
waiver!!
