Hello All! We started off the meeting with a few race reports. Kristin apparently killed it in her cycling races up in Georgia, and Meagan Giesa had a good showing as well. There was some disappointment voices over Fort Desoto's lackluster swim leg. None the less, our ladies pretty well cleaned up the collegiate division, with Mariel taking first prize... and Craig did well to place 3rd on the guys side, considering he "didn't feel like running".

After that we had Janice and Heather from the Student Health Care Center who spoke about Nutrition. Among other things, they reminded us to stay hydrated, eat nuts, eat plenty of fiber, whole grains, and fruit, and not to overload on protein supplements. A lot of good information was presented to help us improve our eating habits, and we really appreciated them coming out. Who knows... maybe we can even wean Erich Burton off the pecan pie's.

Don't forget we've got the TriGator Sprint coming up next weekend, so get ready for that. Take a look at the race flyer on trigator.com for all the details!

Uniforms should be (finally) coming in on Friday, so be on the look out if you ordered one.

That should cover it for now. Good luck in the upcoming races!
