Details will be released soon.
Outstanding Academic Achievement: The Journal invites all students who are in the top 10% of their class at the end of their first year, and all students who earn an A in Intellectual Property Survey, Copyrights, Trademarks or Patents.
Demonstrated Writing Ability: All students in good academic standing may compete in the open writing competition once they have completed the requirements of the law school's first year curriculum. Students participating in the open writing competition submit a case comment for consideration. A case comment is a short work summarizing and analyzing a recent case involving technology and the law. If the work demonstrates superior writing skills, the Journal extends a candidacy invitation. The best comment will be awarded the "Best Case Comment" award and will be published in an upcoming issue of the Journal.
