About the Towers Area Government
The University of Florida Towers Area Government
The University of Florida Towers Area Government (TAG) is a student run organization under the Inter-Residence Hall Association and Department of Housing. The TAG is dedicated to providing quality services and special events to the residents of two of the largest (and most awesome) residence halls: Beaty East Tower and West Tower. All residents are highly encouraged to join these activities via the purchase of an activity card.
General body meetings are posted on the TAG homepage at least two weeks in advance. All residents are welcome to attend. At these meetings, we encourage residents to provide feedback to the executive board concerning our programming and events.
In addition, the executive board members serve weekly office hours. During these fixed times, residents can cash checks, purchase activity cards, talk to us concerning programming, or otherwise request our assistance with other work.
