Chapter Updates
Next Meeting – Join us for the Graphic
Design Skill Seminar on Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 6:30 p.m. in Turlington
L007 to learn design principles, aesthetics, tricks and tips of the
trade, and much more.
Membership – We are still accepting applications
and dues for a $10 late fee. The year has just begun to really take off,
and we would love to have as many members to take advantage of all of UF
PRSSA’s benefits as possible.
Membership Points – In order to ensure you’re
taking full advantage of all that PRSSA has to offer, there is a point
system in effect that determines whether each member is “active” or not.
Each member will gain points for various PRSSA activities that he or she
may participate in. The point requirement for “active” status is determined
by the semester. Members must collect 35 points for fall 2009 and 25
points for spring 2010. Points will only be awarded to members who attend
events or participate in the activities listed below.
