ListServ Directions
All members are responsible for subscribing themselves to the Phi Eta Sigma Listserv. All the information discussed
at the meetings, reminders of important dates and events, and any other society related information will be sent to
the listserv. Members who are not on the listserv will not get this information.
To UN-Subscribe:
Do the same as directed below, except write "unsubscribe phietasigma-l" in the body of your message. This should
help graduating members who wish to be removed from the mailing list.
To Subscribe:
First compose an email to listserv@lists.ufl.edu.
In the Body of the message type:
subscribe phietasigma-l
*NOTE* the symbol after phietasigma is L not 1(one)
Shortly after you submit your subscription, you will receive an email. You must then follow the instructions in
the message and send a reply. All you have to type in that message (the body of the text) is the word "ok"
*NOTE* if there is any other letters, numbers, sentences, etc., in the body of your message DELETE IT.
Again, you will receive a response with the subject that looks like this:
"Output of your job"
Within this message, you should see the following lines:
"ok"
Confirming:
"Subscribe phietasigma-l (your name)"
