Kite Skiing (on snow)
Kite snow skiing uses conventional downhill snow skiis and
ski boots as the "vehicle" for a person traveling over snow,
ice or both. This is popular in northern climates where
lakes can be expected to freeze. The use of snow skiis
instead of ice skates allows skiing in a wider range of
ice conditions.
