Outdoor Adventure Recreation provides the UF community with an organization where people of all skill levels can enjoy outdoor activites. Emphasis is placed on members learning to be competent at their activities of interest and not merely being led. There is no requirement of experience, dues, or special equipment. OAR trains its members, runs trips at cost, and provides necessary equipment.

Any member is welcome to lead a trip - just post it on the listserve and people will sign up. A waiver (and swim test if water is involved) is required for all participants.
