In addition to being committed to community projects and providing educational programs, the lovely ladies of Lambda Theta Alpha promote good relations with other organizations. Chi Chapter welcomes social events with other organizations, as they offer time to get to know members of other organizations and open doors to networking opportunities. Socials also offer sisters a time to relax, have fun and meet new people.

Chi Chapter also holds regular Sister Socials and Lambda Lady Lock-Ins for Sister bonding. In addition, we hold an annual Christmas Dinner and Secret Santa Gift Exchange in the Fall, and a fun-filled Sister Day in the Spring. Past excursions have included splashing at Ginnie Springs and Wild Waters, and camping trips.

We are also fortunate to have time to spend with other Sisters at the Florida Sister Spirit-hood Weekend and the Florida Banquet and Leadership Conference. National Sister events include the National Convention, National Alumnae & Graduate Convention, the Annual Awards Dinner, Annual Picnic and Wine and Cheese.
