About KGB - For Residents
Current Keys Residents may be interested in the social programming and events Keys hosts, including traditional events such as ShrimpFest, Mortician's Ball (Halloween Party), and many other frequent events. Check the KGB Homepage, KGB Calendar, posted publicity, or photo album for information on these events before (or after) they occur. At most of our events, even the general body meetings, there is usually free food and drinks. They are almost always free with your Area Government (AG) card, also known as an Activity Card (AC).
In addition, KGB offers a forum for listening to what you want for programming, food at these programs, and can even help contact the appropriate department at UF about getting a problem fixed. All you have to do is come to a general body meeting, and maybe grab a bite to eat too! What kind of college student doesn't like free food?
Finally, KGB offers equipment checkout with your AG Card and UFID for the game room. This includes ping-pong paddles and balls, foosball balls, billiards equipment, air hockey pucks and paddles, and vacume cleaners for your room.
