About KE

Kappa Epsilon was founded in 1931 by Zada M. Cooper. The goal of the organization was to unite women pharmacy students across the nation. The Kappa Chapter at the University of Florida was founded in 1939.

The mission of Kappa Epsilon is to empower its members to achieve personal and professional fulfillment by developing their confidence, self-esteem, interpersonal skills, and leadership vision; and represent the interest of the membership to healthcare professionals and the community at large.

The Kappa Chapter at the University of Florida is one of the most active organizations within the College of Pharmacy. There are various community service projects, fundraisers, as well as social events throughout the year.
