Mission
Statement:
The mission of the Division of Hydrogen Research and Education (DHRE) at
the University of Florida is to foster a vibrant research and education
environment that will promote the development and implementation of hydrogen
production and utilization.
To do this, the DHRE and its partners:
- Carry
out information collection, analysis, and research on hydrogen technology
to help develop informed decisions on long term hydrogen supply and
use;
- Increase
the efficiency and productivity of hydrogen as a fuel source, while
limiting environmental impacts; and
- Promote
leading edge science and technology that will further the development
of hydrogen production and utilization
