Community Speaker’s Circuit
Tentative starting date - Feb 21st.

This program will give us the opportunity to help high school students benefit from our experiences. The cooperating high schools in the area will set a topic for our speakers and the pool of speakers will be grouped depending on what topics they feel more comfortable addressing.
Community Tutoring Program
Tentative starting date- Feb 21st.

An alternative from communicating to groups of young adults; this is a way for us to get one-on-one time with students to make a real impact. There will be several groups for people who are proficient in different subjects.
34th Street Wall Memorial

Each Fraternity’s service chair will be receiving a calendar that makes each of them responsible for one week of maintenance for the 34th street wall memorial. There will be a picture of what the wall should look like attached to the calendar. At the end of each week the fraternity will make arrangements to deliver the paint and supplies to the next house whose responsibility it is for the following week.
Cross Council Service Initiatives
Red Cross Cleanup

This is an opportunity for representatives from each council to assist the Red Cross in organizing its onsite storage facility. Our work will help make the supplies for disaster relief more accessible in emergency situations.
Operation Reach Out
Tentative date- March 14th.

This is an opportunity for us to extend our service to one of the most neglected groups in our community. Representatives from all councils will help take over a soup kitchen in our community to help serve those who need it most. Future events will be scheduled for an aggressive campaign to show the Greek Community’s concern for the needy in the Gainesville community.Service Contact Information
