About HSCText Box: Hindu Students Council (HSC) is an organization that focuses on bringing Hindu culture and traditions to college campuses and on developing awareness of Hinduism within communities throughout the country.

Every year the UF chapter holds several free events that are open to the entire university and the surrounding communities. In addition to these events, there are weekly meetings to further explore Hinduism and to learn what it means to be a Hindu in the midst of the busy college life.

—Sarve Api Sukhina Santu Sarve Santu Niramayah: Let everybody be happy, healthy, and blessed.

Goals of HSC
—Provide opportunities to learn about Hindu heritage and culture
—Foster awareness of issues affecting Hindus
—Provide SEVA (service) to the community
