Misssion Statement
Our group is dedicated to making a difference in the world. The primary purpose of Heal the World is to heighten awareness of various global health and socio-economic issues within the community, faculty, and student body through several diverse service events. These goals are achieved through several service projects such as Cancer Fundraising through Disney Marathon and Relay for Life, volunteering at local camps such as Diabetes Camp and Boggy Creek to help children with terminal illnesses, assisting at local clinics, and volunteering our services wherever needed. On a global scale, students embark on medical relief and service trips to impoverished nations, accompanied by accomplished physicians and professionals. Our organization strives to empower those with knowledge about communal and global health disparities.
