Welcome!

Gators for HIV Education (GHIVE- pronounced \'giv\) is a student run service organization at the University of Florida aimed at raising awareness of the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

Mission Statement

The primary purpose of GHIVE is to bring together UF students and residents of Alachua County with the purpose of spreading awareness about HIV/AIDS through education, volunteerism, and advocacy.

Like our history, our organization is unique. Rather than soley focusing on the problems associated with HIV, we work towards solutions. It is the strong belief of the organization that the combination of commitment and awareness will help eradicate the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

We invite you to explore our website for more information. If you should have any questions, feel free to contact a member of the Board using the officers link above.
