1. Meetings will be held on the first Wednesday of each month except when it falls on a break or holiday
2. Meetings shall be publicized on the GARC-L email mailing list and on the W4DFU repeater
1. Active voting membership is defined as those who have attended one meeting during the current semester
2. Quorum is defined as one fourth (1/4) of the active voting membership
