The 5th ANNUAL

CINERAMA

FILM FESTIVAL

PROGRAM AND SCHEDULE

APRIL 19, 2003

Produced by: Florida Undergraduate Film Society

A film festival at the University of Florida? Yep, you got it! Now in its fifth year at the University of Florida, Cinerama continues to grow bigger each year. Cinerama is hosted by the Florida Undergraduate Film society, a group devoted to advancing film culture here at UF and in Gainesville. The society (FUF) puts on many free film showings and events in order to better involve the community both in the making of and viewing of cinema.

Although Cinerama is just one of many events that FUF undertakes each year, it is perhaps the most dear to the officers and society members. Not only does it give the members a chance to screen their current works in a competitive setting, it also provides a chance to sample some of the creative diversity from around the world.

We hope you enjoy the films presented today and that you spread the word that film is not a dead subject at this great University. Go Gators!
