• Exam P/1 is offered 5 times in 2009

  • Offered in September, November, January, March, and May

• Exam FM/2.

  • The exam will be 3 hours and 35 questions and is Computer based now. 

  • Offered in December, February and May. 

• CAS Exam 3 will split into Exam 3L and Exam 3F beginning in May 2008

  • Exam 3F will be jointly administered with Exam MFE (they will be the same exam)

  • If you pass SOA's Exam MLC, the CAS will accept it for their Exam 3L

  • For Associateship:
  • Exams 5, 6, and 7 will be replaced by two Internet modules and two 4-hour exams
  • For Fellowship:
  • Exams 8 and 9 will be replaced by three 3-hour exams
