What is EWB?

Engineers Without Borders at the University of Florida (working under EWB-USA) is a non-profit humanitarian organization established to partner with developing communities worldwide in order to improve their quality of life. Our goal is to create sustainable solutions to problems that these communities have meeting their basic human needs by designing and implementing maintainable engineering projects. (more)

Our local and international projects provide a wide range of opportunities for any student to expand his or her own horizons while helping other people.

  • Important Update:

    EWB is now collecting donations for the Haiti victims. We have extended
    office hours until 01/29/10 to collect donations. Thank you for your help
  • Macedonia is now open for applicants. This can be found here
