I received a response from the UF Incident Response team. Also, I emailed Yahoo! Domains, their hosting company. I received this initial response from Yahoo! Domains.

Spam Sucks
I received spam from Sky Niteclub (they don't deserve a link) to my GatorLink email address. Hmm, seeing as I haven't used that email address for ANYTHING other than personal correspondence and UF business, I have NO clue how they got my address. After a little investigation, I found that the email was constructed to look like it was sent from Hotmail, using a computer in Turlington Hall. Okay, so abuse@ufl.edu and abuse@hotmail.com were emailed. In addition, the subnet manager for the IP address was emailed.Also, I bitched at some stupid frat boy who was dropping flyers all over the ground on Stadium Road near the Hub. He told me to "shut up", at which point I gave him a nice laugh and walked off.
