UF Students, faculty, or staff are welcome to participate or just observe our classes. When you begin your training no uniform is required - please wear comfortable clothes that are non-restrictive such as sweat pants and a tee shirt. You will be asked to show your UF I.D. at the front desk. Please do not forget this or you may not participate.
Classes are held at the University of Florida Student Rec and Fitness Center (beside the Infirmary) and the Southwest Rec Center (Hull Rd) as follows:
