Career Highlights

1992-93: First Team All-American. Was drafted with the 3rd pick by Golden State, but then traded to the Orlando Magic for Chris Webber.
1993-94: Finished second to Webber for the NBA Rookie of the Year award. Averaged 16.0 pts, 6.6 ast, and 5.4 reb per game. Was 6th in the NBA at 2.32 steals per game. Helped the Magic to their first playoff appearance in franchise history.
1994-95: Was named to the All-NBA First Team. Led all point guards with 20.9 ppg (15th in the league). Also averaged 7.2 ast (14th), 4.4 reb, and 1.7 stl (14th) per game. He improved his 3-PT pct from .267 to .349. Had four double-doubles and averages 7.7 apg in the playoffs as he helped lead Orlando to the NBA Finals.
1995-96: Once again named to the All-NBA First Team. Led all point guards in scoring again with 21.7 ppg and finished 11th in the NBA. Also finished 11th in assists (7.1 per game) and 6th in steals (2.02 per game). Led Orlando to the Eastern Conference Finals, where they were upset by the Chicago Bulls.
