JView is a Java applet for viewing pictures. It shows pictures one at a time scaled to a small window. It will display each picture for about 4 seconds and then load the next one. It will cycle through all the pictures and then loop back to the first one and start again. You can then click on this thumbnail and the applet will open the full size picture in your web browser. There are five buttons on JView: Reverrse Skip 10, Reverse, Pause, Forward, and Fast Forward 10. Reverse and Forward will advance one picture in said direction, while Reverse Skip 10 and Fast Forward 10 will advance 10 pictures at a time. Pause will pause for 20 seconds or until you click one of the other 4 buttons. JView is very convenient because it is in a small window that can be moved anywhere on the screen, so you can keep it running while you do other things and if you see a picture you want to view full size, just click on it.

Currently, the three JView applets I have made are RebeccaView/JView, which shows 95 pictures of supermodel Rebecca Romijn, TiffaniView/JView, which shows 112 pictures of Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, and StockView/JView, which shows updates of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, Nasdaq Composite, and S&P 500 index. In StockView, since there are only three pictures, you do not have the option of clicking FF, Reverse, or on the picture to do anything and the charts are shown for 20 seconds each before changing.
