BHM 2008 Comedy Show
featuring
Arvin Mitchell & Vanessa Fraction
Friday, February 22

Get up, get out, and get your laugh on with
two of the funniest comedians on the comedy
circuit, Vanessa Fraction and Arvin Mitchell.
Both comedians have been featured on BET's
Comicview. The night promises to be filled with
laughter and entertainment.

Arvin Mitchell has hit the comedy scene running since his
debut on BET's Coming to the Stage in 2003. His clean
comedic style along with his hilarious impressions has
made him a hit. Arvin has also starred in two gospel hit
plays, A House Divided and If They Only Knew.

As the former bartender and co-host of BET's
ClubComicView and host of Spring Bling 21 Questions, Arvin
has attracted fans in the U.S. and abroad. Arvin continues to
hone his craft by working the comedy club circuit including.
His comedic style appeals to both urban and mainstream
audiences worldwide.
Arvin Mitchell
Vanessa Fraction has appeared on BET's Comicview and has
shared the stage with notable talents such as Cedric the
Entertainer, Eddie Griffin, and R&B artist Angie Stone. The
multi-talented 2003 Chicago finalist for NBC's "Last Comic
Standing" and the MGD Kings and Queens of Comedy Search
is featured in the 2004 hit movie Barbershop.

Vanessa's act which ranges from the spiritual findings of self
discovery to the twisted humor found in the mundane
tapestry of everyday life tantalizes crowds. When you factor
in beauty, personality, and charm, multiplied by talent with
the common denominator of natural comedy it is equivalent
to Vanessa Fraction.
