Cooking, quite honestly, is something I never saw myself enjoying. I remember earlier in my college career when I was proud of myself for preparing Hamburger Helper.

Somewhere along the line, however, I found myself wanting to learn more. And now I'm quite proud of the few dishes I've mastered. I've included their recipes here, and if you have a recipe you think I might enjoy, please send it to me.

Okay, time for a little confession, and I confess this to help those who have struggled searching for that hard to find ingredient. I've been in Gainesville, FL since fall of '94, and just recently, have discovered this little grocery store called Ward's. It's on NW 23rd Ave just east of NW 6th St, and they have everything I couldn't find, such as tasso and andouille sausage. The selection of produce is wider and of much better quality then anything else is town; plus, it's usually cheaper.
