- Compete as an individual, or enter as a group.
Student organizations, lab groups etc. are welcome.
- There is no entry fee.
- Entries must be received by January 14th.

Categories: Meat Dish, Side or Appetizer, and Dessert
- Enter any dish.
- Multiple entries are welcome, but no cross-entry of the same dish please.
Provided to competitors:
- Table approximately 8 x 3 ft.
- Table sign with your name, and the name of your dish.
- Electrical outlet.
(must be requested in entry; assigned as requested)
Competitor should provide:
- Table decorations.
- Your dish should serve at least 50 tasting portions.
(We'll let you know how many attendees we expect during the week prior)
- Whatever is needed to serve and enjoy your dish.
(small plates, utensils, etc.)
