Animal Science Graduate Student Association
The Animal Sciences Graduate Student Association (ASGSA) is very active in promoting career development, academic success, and social interaction between graduate students and faculty. Each year ASGSA sponsers a number of events including the Distinguished Lecturer Series which brings an outstanding member of the field to UF for seminars, and personal meetings with lab groups and students; social events like the ASGSA Hog Roast and Stick Horse Rodeo, and fundraisers that support student travel grants and the other activities of the group.
