Volunteers for International Student Affairs (VISA) is the largest student organization in the state of Florida, counting over 3,000 students, and one of the oldest, founded in 1953.
Our members are devoted to spreading cultural awareness and promoting diversity at the University of Florida.
VISA is the parent organization of 30+ culturally based and international student organizations. Additionally, VISA serves as a liaison between the International Student Community, Student Government, and the Student Body. VISA is the sponsor of International Week in the fall and the very eminent International Month during the spring semester. Furthermore, VISA sponsors many other events with a variety of student organizations and provides funding to its umbrella organizations

International Month is an opportunity for VISA to showcase its culture, excitement, and community to the University of Florida campus. Each year International Month encompasses great events such as the VISA Talent Show, Global Explosion, Mr. & Ms. VISA Pageant, Multicultural Fashion Show, and many more exciting events. This year, between March 2^nd, 2007 and April 15^th, 2007, we will continue this tradition that has nearly lasted over thirty years.
