Meeting Notes (Jan 23, 2008):
Meeting Procedure: Meeting Location: Outside Racquet Club Meeting Time: 1st Wednesday of every month after practice Meeting Length: 30-45 minutes All meeting will be recorded by the secretary and emailed out to the listserv and will be posted on the webpage Constitution will involve meeting procedure and will be placed on the website. Please bring material to discuss- don’t come unprepared i.e. outline or note card
Marketing Strategy: Shirt day- 1st Wed of Every month Target Market: Scuba Divers, Swimmers Hand out flyers at the O Dome Pool and Florida Pool during open swim Hand out flyers 15 minutes before end of practice to Scuba Divers Put flyers in Dorms and at the Reitz Union Also post in classrooms Speak at other clubs and Welcome classes if possible Marketing in Turlington on first Wed of Month during month- Feb 6 and March 5 Hand out flyers at every meeting to distribute around campus and post on bulletin boards News articles in Rec Magazine, if possible Alligator(or advertise with budgeted money) Plaza of the America’s Banner Listserv Emails? i.e. Gator Times email Hand out merchandise with logo: Banner Pens Stickers
