Jacksonville- depart Gainesville 7:30am
            White Oak Conservation Center provides conservation options for the future by maintaining genetically diverse populations of threatened species in spacious, natural facilities. With a complex of research, husbandry, education and conference facilities, the Center leads professional efforts to improve veterinary care, develop holistic animal management techniques, and better understand the biology of critically endangered species.

Tampa- depart Gainesville 8:00am
     10:00am- Florida Veterinary Specialists
            FVS is the largest private veterinary practice in the southeastern United States, with a staff of more than 120 people serving about 24,000 patients each year. We are the primary emergency and referral center for the Tampa Bay area, as well as the primary veterinary care center for the state of Florida.

     12:30pm- Big Cat Rescue
BCR is a non profit educational sanctuary devoted to rescuing and providing a permanent home for discarded or abused exotic cats and educating the public about these animals and the issues facing them in captivity and in the wild. The sanctuary houses the most diverse population of exotic cats in the world, with 14 of the 35 species of wild cats represented among the more than 100 residents, some of which are now extinct in the wild.

            Peterson & Smith Equine Hospital is a state-of-the-art, full service, 24/7 equine practice located in the heart of Ocala, Florida’s horse country. Established in 1981, it has grown to one of the most highly recognized equine practices in the U.S. Services provided range from single patient management to large farm consultations, offering continuing education opportunities for both veterinarians and horse owners.
 
     12:00pm- Equitransfer, LLC
EquiTransfer, LLC has grown to be the largest equine reproductive facility in the Southeastern United States. With our huge, 900+ recipient mare herd, we have been able to complete over 1,000 successful embryo transfers in just the last 24 months! Our greatest testimony is our spectacular 85% success rate. They handle everything from breeding to birth.
Orlando-depart Gainesvile 9:30am
            The goal of the veterinary staff at Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park at Walt Disney World® Resort is to provide an inclusive environment for third and fourth year students of veterinary medicine across the country to supplement their classroom studies with a wide variety of practical learning experiences.

Vet students train with personnel at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and The Living Seas at EPCOT in all areas of veterinary care of domestic and non-domestic mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and marine mammals. Emphasis is placed on the study of pathology of zoo and wildlife species by one-on-one instruction with the pathologist and auto-tutorial lectures.
