  • Block and Bridle Club - The Block and Bridle Club is a professional organization consisting of undergraduate students of all majors who hope to improve and increase the interest among students of Animal Science. Our club members hope to bring about closer relationships among men and women pursuing some phase of Animal Science as a profession.
  • Entomology and Nematology Student Organization - ENSO is a student run organization that is open to anyone who has an interest in Entomology or Nematology. We are legally registered with the Reitz Union and are concerned with all areas of student involvement in the Department of Entomology and Nematology.
  • Equestrian Club - The club activities include horse related trips and programs, clinics on horse care and riding, and helping with local horse activities. The club sponsors the Intercollegiate Horse Show Team (IHSA) which competes against college teams from across the southeast. We promote high standards of sportsmanship, leadership, service, and horsemanship.
  • Microbiology and Cell Science Student Organization - Every meeting we have a guest speaker. This semester we plan on having an epidemiologist and many other guests with information about medicine and scientific careers.
  • Pre-professional Service Organization (PSO) -To provide pre-veterinary students with the opportunity to gain knowledge of the veterinary field through clinical experience that is not generally extended to the average student volunteer.
  • Student Chapter of the Wildlife Society - Professional activities include preparing a wildlife exhibit each Fall for Gator Expo, inviting professionals to speak on a wildlife topic at meetings, attending State Chapter meetings, publishing a newsletter, participating in the Southeast Section Student Wildlife Conclave in the Spring, giving talks at local schools, and getting involved in political issues that affect wildlife resources.
