To get started open Netscape Navigator, click on the Communicator tab and scroll down to Composer. Click on Composer to bring up the web page editor.

Before you start constructing your web page, click on File and then Save As to pick the name of your file. (You should call your main page index.html). Chose a folder where your webpage will be saved.
